6. We schedule regular inspections per agreement with the homeowner and take digital pictures of the home during regular inspections.

7. We provide the owner with access to inspection pictures through a personal account on our website.

8. We provide the owner with monthly Income Statements showing all revenues and expenses associated with the property.

9. We handle renewal of the lease with approval.

10. We handle all tenant emergencies and needs.

11. We provide you with special reports concerning any problems as well as recommended solutions.

12. We hire our contractors or 3rd party contractors and supervise them as needed.

Our management fee is only 8.3% of the monthly rent. Our clients find that the service and piece of mind that we provide is well worth the fee.
