Our accounting and financial staff is managed
by a Master of Business Administration (MBA). We have a fully
developed, "cutting edge" distributed accounting
system maintained by a full-time IT staff. Additionally, we
will take the time to customize our accounting system (which
records data on an owner's unit level) to the individual needs
of the association. It is also important to note that our
assessment collection is fully automated via coupons. Alternatively,
we offer the owners the option of using direct debit for efficient
and convenient payment of the monthly assessments. As a result,
you can be assured that our accounting department, systems
software and technologies combine to generate the finest and
most accurate community association financial management and
reporting in the industry.
Personal Touch
Through our experience, we provide both the owners and the
boardmembers personal advice in the day to day operations
of the association's business. We will attend your association
board meetings and record minutes for as long as the meeting
lasts. We help at every point, from ensuring that appropriate
letters are mailed to the owners, to ensuring that work finished
by the contractors is completed to the needed specifications.
We act as both the advisor and strategist. But more importantly,
we take the time to listen to the board and understand
